1. Digital Products (DIY Guides, Cheat Sheets, Downloads)

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to dispute the charge based on delivery.

2. Coaching & Consulting Services

Payments for coaching sessions, strategy calls, or consulting services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances and actions taken.

3. Service-Based Programs (If Applicable)

If you purchase a structured coaching or educational program:

• Refund eligibility (if offered) must be requested within 2 days of purchase.

• No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered or work has begun.​

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and restriction from future purchases.
