No Refund Policy

All payments made to HerScore Solutions LLC are non-refundable once services have begun. Credit repair services require immediate labor, strategy development, document preparation, and submission to third parties, which cannot be reversed.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, and educational materials, are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Service Results Disclaimer

While we work diligently to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information, results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on credit bureaus, creditors, and individual credit profiles. No refunds will be issued based on outcomes, timelines, or expectations.

Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel future services; however:

Fees already paid are non-refundable
Any work completed prior to cancellation remains billable

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting HerScore Solutions LLC for resolution may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any remaining work.
